2022 Summit HIGHLIGHTS

The Youth Co:Lab Summit 2022

The Youth Co:Lab Summit 2022 in Singapore was co-organized by UNDP and Citi Foundation in partnership with National Youth Council Singapore. The hybrid Summit was a key milestone for the regional youth empowerment agenda by positioning young people and their innovative ideas, front and centre to solve the region’s most pressing challenges.

Close to 250 participants representing 20 countries and territories gathered at the Summit in Singapore. Centered around the themes of Youth in Climate Action and Leaving No Youth Behind, attendees united behind a common agenda to accelerate the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through leadership, social innovation and entrepreneurship. Over 3,000 people also registered to join us online from more than 100 countries through the Youth Co:Lab virtual platforms.

Theme

The 2022 Summit envisioned to highlight, encourage and celebrate the role of youth in our crucial Decade of Action; Showcasing and inspiring Youth to Action especially aligning on the larger Youth Co:Lab themes of Youth in Climate Action and Leaving No Youth Behind.

During the two-day summit, attendees engaged with private and public stakeholders including governments, investors, incubators, and accelerators, to discuss youth leadership and empowerment for sustainable development, innovative financing solutions, gender-inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem, and the future of work.

20+ sessions including panels, pitching sessions, keynotes, and workshops on the themes of Climate Action,Gender and Future of Work.

250+ participants in person in Singapore joining from across Asia Pacific and a 3000+ global audience online through talks, workshops, and networking sessions.
