Commitment to Youth Empowerment
CVC's focused philanthropic efforts have an impact, in big and small ways. The international CVC Young Innovator Awards were established in 2015 and have so far provided seed funding for 60 young entrepreneurs in the UK, USA, Spain, France, Poland, Brussels, Hong Kong, and San Francisco to create the business and social enterprises of the future.

Collaboration with Youth Co:lab
In 2020, the CVC foundation established a partnership with Youth Co:Lab through its SDG-focused business idea contest “Social Innovation Challenge”. CVC Foundation granted a total of 130K EUR seed-funding awards to two startups in Japan and Singapore respectively. CVC Foundation has been supporting youth-led innovation through their philanthropy programme such as Youth Innovator Awards. As part of the CVC Award, winning startups will also be receiving mentoring support from the members of the CVC Capital Partners, who are professionals in the field of general management, business development, and investment.
