UNDP and Citi Foundation will organize the third Youth Co:Lab Summit in 2021 with collaboration and support from the Government of Malaysia’s Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives and Ministry of Youth and Sports. The Summit will also convene joint activities with the Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth, Commonwealth Secretariat and UNDP FairBiz, making this event a key milestone for the global and regional youth empowerment agenda.
Co-created by UNDP and Citi Foundation in 2017, Youth Co:Lab is the largest youth social entrepreneurship movement in Asia-Pacific. In 2020-2021, Youth Co:Lab aims to expand to over 30 countries and territories, where we are building an entire ecosystem to connect young social entrepreneurs with incubators, accelerators and investors to turn solutions into viable business models.
Our dream? To establish a common agenda for countries in Asia-Pacific to empower and invest in youth, so that they can accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Youth Co:Lab is putting young people front & center to drive solutions to the world’s toughest problems
